We pointed out that we were charged the same price for both rooms and were given a five pound refund. "Hotel" might be stretching it. The bed in one of our rooms had a dead wasp in it. Plugging the kettle in wasn't straightforward as the lead didn't easily reach the socket. A light over a mirror didn't work. A budget place to stay it might be, but we won't be returning or recommending it.

Full English breakfast which was great. Staff very pleasant and more than helpful with directions etc.
At the end of the day you get what you pay for. This is not expensive for a clean comfortable room.

Incredible value at £6 - cheaper and far superior to anything you would get in yer average West Lothian chippy. The price includes tea or coffee, you can have it beer battered or with panko breadcrumbs and comes with chips, peas and a side salad. Superb. Unsurprisingly, the place was packed but the service was warm, friendly and efficient. What's not to like?
